Carlos is 28 and he loves sport. He works in a bank from Monday to Friday, but he is never bored at the weekend. On Saturday mornings he usually goes for a run in the park. Twice a month he takes part in a 10 km race. He doesn't often win, but he always has fun. On Saturday afternoons Carlos plays football with his friends. Last year they joined a club, and now they play a match every Sunday morning. Carlos is usually tired after the match, so on Sunday afternoons he stays at home. He listens to music or plays games on his computer. His sister Ana thinks he does too much exercise. "You are always at the sports centre!" she says. But Carlos is happy. "Sport is my favourite thing," he says.
