Hi, I'm Kenji. I'm 24 and I love technology. I really enjoy taking photos, and every evening I upload them to my website. I also like making short videos about food. But last month I looked at the screen time on my phone: six hours a day! So I started a new plan. Now I stop checking my phone at nine o'clock every evening, and I charge my phone in the kitchen, not next to my bed. At first it was hard. I wanted to read my messages all the time! But now I don't mind waiting until the morning. I sleep better, and I've started reading books again. On Sundays I have a video call with my parents in Japan. That's the only time I use my laptop at the weekend.
